What we collect and why

When you sign up through this page, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, optionally company and industry) together with the date, language and technical metadata of your consent (IP address, browser identifier). We use it for one purpose only: sending you our newsletter about event software and event production.

Legal basis

Your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time — every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can e-mail us.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored on servers within the EU and is not transferred to third countries or sold to anyone. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

• access, rectification and erasure of your data,
• restriction of and objection to processing,
• data portability,
• complaint to a supervisory authority (in Austria: dsb.gv.at).
